Where can I purchase tickets?

How do I make group or corporate purchases?

The availability of group or corporate purchases depends on the event. Please check the event details or get in touch with us to find out more.

What are Ticketer’s administrative charges?
Fee for ticket above S$50 S$4
Fee for ticket up to S$50 S$2

Is there a time-limit for purchasing tickets online?

All tickets offered to any event are held for 10 minutes. If the transaction is not completed within this time, the seats will be released back into the available pool for purchase.

How do I know if I have successfully purchased tickets?

You will receive an email confirmation of your tickets upon successful payment. Please make sure to check that the email was not sent to your spam or junk mail folder. In addition, you may also view your tickets in the “My Tickets” section in your Ticketer account.

How can I purchase wheelchair-accessible and companion seats?

You may call us at +65 9181 9827 to inquire about wheelchair-accessible seats for the specific events. Since wheelchair accessible seats may be limited in some venues, we will assist you in finding the most convenient seats. We will also assist with seats for family and friends in the nearest available seating. Wheelchairs will not be provided with the purchase of these seats. All seats are subject to availability.

Online Queue Administration

Will I be assigned a queue number before an event’s tickets go live?

Customers that are waiting in the holding area before the sale goes live will be assigned a random queue number. Our software ensures that there is no advantage to anyone in the holding room making use of bots, scripts or softwares to secure tickets.

General FAQ

How do I create a Ticketer account?

You may sign up through this link(provide hyperlink in frontend). Once you have successfully signed up a confirmation email will be sent to your account.

How can I change my account password?

Please log in to your account, click on “My Account”, then click on “Change Password”. Follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.

How can I check my booking history?

You can go to “My Account”, then click on “Order History” to check your past ticket bookings.

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You must log into your account, click on “My Account” and choose “My Subscriptions”. Uncheck the subscription buttons and click “Update Account” to save your preferences.

Payments and Refunds

How can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available if your event is canceled.

Can I reserve seats and pay later?

Any seats will only be reserved during the booking transaction time limit of 10 minutes. After this expires, the seats will be available again to purchase in the general pool.

If I can’t attend the event, can I request a refund?

No, refunds or exchanges are not allowed in such circumstances once the transaction has been made. Such refunds or exchanges are allowed if the event is canceled.
